While we're in waitlist phase we only collect:

• Your email address (so we can contact you when we launch)
• The page/source you signed up from
• Basic technical data (browser, timestamp) via standard server logs

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your email under legitimate interest and your explicit consent given when you submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw consent any time by emailing us — we'll remove you within 30 days.

4. How we use it

• Notifying you when LifeAdmin AI launches
• Occasional product updates (no spam, no third-party marketing)
• Aggregate, anonymous analytics about signups

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the service (database hosting, email delivery). All providers are GDPR-compliant and bound by data processing agreements.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR and UK data protection law you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold on you
• Correct it if it's wrong
• Have it deleted ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to processing or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

7. Retention

We keep your waitlist email until you unsubscribe or until 24 months after launch, whichever comes first.

8. Changes

We'll update this page if anything material changes and notify waitlist members by email.
